Taste what’s fresh, get guidance and insight from our Q Graders, sharpen your skills with optional grading practice, and spend the morning connecting with roasters over fresh pastries from McLain's Bakery.

If you’re new to cupping, we’ll help guide you through the basics so you can evaluate with confidence and explore at your own pace. We'll have all the tools ready for you, plus CVA and 2004 legacy sheets for you and your staff to become more curious about coffee.
