Logistics & Warehouse

1. How do I know if a order is shipped?
You can check order status and tracking details in the order dashboard.

2. How do I know if a order was delivered?
Delivery confirmations are available in the tracking section of the order history.

3. How do I check available inventory?
Inventory details are updated in real-time in the warehouse management system.

4. How to order Samples?
Clients can request samples through their account under the "Samples Request" section.

5. How can a Client put a hold on coffee they want to sample first before buying?
Clients can place a hold through their contract portal or contact customer service.

6. How do new coffee purchases get onto the website?
New purchases are added to the inventory database and published online after quality checks.

Orders, Payments & Contracts

1. How do I place an order?
You can place orders directly through our website. If you need to place an order on their behalf, log into your account and follow the checkout process.

2. How do Payments work on the website?
Payments can be made via credit card, contract-buying, or bank transfer at checkout. You will receive an invoice upon purchase.

3. How do Contracts work on the website?
Contracts outline agreed-upon coffee purchases over time. You can view and manage your contracts in your account dashboard.

4. How do I edit a website order if it's already submitted by a client?
Once an order is placed, modifications can only be made by contacting our support team.

5. How can I confirm an order was placed?
You receive a confirmation email, and you can verify orders in the account dashboard.

6. Where can I see contracts remaining to be filled?
Contract balances can be viewed in the client’s account.
