Colombia - Aurora - Washed - Quindio - Regional Select

We built and named this regional select in honor of our salesperson Daniel's beloved dog, Aurora. She was a sweet girl and this regional select blend does her name justice. It comes to us from between 10 to 12 different farms in the Quindio region, depending on how much we order each year. The bag art is a double feature, with both the silhouette of a beloved pet and the entrancing auroras you'd see in the northern skies at night. We are happy to offer this as one of our staple Colombian coffees each year.
