Our Aurora regional select was created and named in honor of our salesperson Daniel’s beloved dog, Aurora—a gentle companion whose spirit lives on in this bright, comforting Colombian profile. Each year, this lot is built from coffees sourced across 10 to 12 small farms in the Quindío region, depending on seasonal availability and volume. These producers share a commitment to clean, sweet washed coffees that reflect the heart of Colombia’s central coffee belt. The bag art features a double homage: Aurora’s silhouette alongside the sweeping colors of the northern lights, a visual pairing that captures both warmth and wonder. As one of our staple Colombian offerings, this regional select is designed to be dependable, expressive, and deeply approachable. In the cup, expect candy‑bar and caramel aromatics, followed by flavors of orange, black tea, and Twix‑like cookie sweetness. The structure is balanced and versatile, making Aurora a reliable choice for both single‑origin service and blend development.
