Our Sublime designation represents a coffee that is farm traceable and usually a smaller sized lot than what we would purchase for our Regional Selects. We cup through many offerings from our partners each year to decide on the lots that we want to import and offer to you. If there is a farm you’ve had in the past but don’t see now just let us know and we can make sure to get you some samples when we request offers.
