Each year we cup extensively through submissions from our partners in Mantiqueira de Minas, choosing the lots that best express the region’s hallmark balance of sweetness, structure, and gentle fruit character. Because Sublime lots are smaller and more specific, availability shifts from season to season. This pulped‑natural selection showcases the clean, fruit‑forward clarity that Mantiqueira de Minas is known for.
