Costa Rica - West Valley - SHB EP

This classic Costa Rican coffee comes to us from the West Valley. A medium-bodied cup full of pastry and oranges with a hint of candybar in the finish, it's a nice, not too delicate coffee that will satisfy your late afternoon crowd who want something that isn't too bold. We were actually quite pleased with how it cupped after it arrived in the warehouse. We know it's not a Tarrazu for those of you that rely on named regions, but it's a satisfying representative of good Costa Rican coffee.
