Our Costa Rican offerings come from Café Narava, a fourth‑generation family operation deeply rooted in the West Valley. Owning both their farms and their mill, the Badilla family is committed to ecological stewardship—minimizing water and electricity use while maintaining exceptional cup quality. After washing, all coffees are 100% sun‑dried, further reducing their environmental footprint and enhancing clarity in the cup. The West Valley is known for its balanced, fruit‑forward profiles, and the Badillas combine modern technology with traditional practices to produce consistently clean, expressive coffees. Their ownership of multiple farms also allows them to support neighboring producers, expanding the diversity of coffees available through their mill.
