Our Costa Rican coffees come from Cafe Narava, a family run operation that has been in the business for 4 generations. Owning their own farms and mill, they are committed to the highest standard of ecological practice on their farms, striving for the minimum possible use of water and electricity while maintaining a high quality crop. Once washed, their coffees are 100% sun dried, further reducing their ecological footprint. These quality coffees hail from the West Valley, where the Badilla family uses a smart mix of new technology and traditional practices to produce a truly pleasant cup, as well as well controlled honey and natural processed coffees.  Owning their own farms allows them to extend their services to their neighbors, ensuring a fantastic variety of coffees available to us. As you can see from our offer list this year, we took advantage of their expertise and deep community connections.
