Nicaragua - Finca Los Delirios - Washed - Hermanos Canales - 25 lb Box

The Canales family is a national treasure in Nicaragua. This family has been setting the bar for Nicaraguan coffees since at least 2004 with their first Cup of Excellence win for a purely organic coffee. Originally purchased in 1958 by Don Pio Canales, Los Delirios has expanded over the past half century to encompass nearly 400 acres, including Fincas Borbollon and San Antonio. Their operation includes a wet mill, a dry mill, and hundreds of raised and shaded drying beds. Don Pio’s three grandsons Norman, Milton, and Daniel, continue to operate Los Delirios as a 100% organic operation, even producing their own fertilizers with cattle manure and coffee parchments and pulp.  We had such a wonderful time with Norman last year when he visited us for the Producer’s Summit that we hope he can come back this year. It's always a pleasure to be able to offer these beautiful coffees to our clients.
