At the skirts of San Pedro, Atitlán and Tolimán volcanoes coffee plantations thrive thanks to the rich volcanic soils, microclimates and the constant irrigation coming from the lake breezes. We work carefully to create a regional select blend that highlights the exquisite terroir available in Lake Atitlan coffees. We chose blue scorpion tp reflect the lake's beautiful blue waters, which are stunning to behold from above. This particular lot of 100 bags was the best on the table that day, with a rich orange and tea character that gave us 'let's drink this all day' vibes that turned into figgy brownies as it cooled.
