Peru - No Drama Llama - Organic

Located in Pangoa, Satipo, Junin, the Asociacion Central de Productores Agropecuarios Bioselva Pero has been in operation since 2024. It is focused mainly on cacao, but members produce crops ranging from coconut to coffee to salt and sugar. All crops are 100% organic and are certified in their country of origin by verified 3rd parties. This coffee comes from up in the Andes and the quality is immediately apparent in the green when you open the bag. With a 0.54 water activity, this coffee is fresh and vibrant and full of energy for your roasting. But be sure to use it sooner than later, or at the very least store it in a climate controlled to avoid any precipitous drops in quality as it ages. This selection meets every requirement for our No Drama Llama profile: clean, balanced, and quietly expressive. In the cup, expect oranges and caramel pastry and nougat aromatics, supported by a heavy body and a gentle, tea‑like structure.
