Nicaragua - Sabio Farms - Flor Y Nata - Washed

Our QC team first met Sabio Coffee at a public cupping at Expo in Portland in 2023.  We were blown away by not just their experimental lots but by the quality of their washed coffees as well.  When we got to talking to them it turns out that their little coffee shop in Nicaragua is one of our lead buyer’s favorite little spots, with a to die for tres leches cake.  Ever since then we’ve been wanting to feature their coffees as part of our offerings, and this year the harvest, shipping period and our forecasted demand all aligned.  We are happy to be able to offer these excellent coffees this year, and hopefully for years to come.  If you are curious about their experimental lots please let us know so we can include you in our invites when it’s time to make selections for next year.
