Sugar Cane Decaf - Aurora Blend - Quindio

This is our second year offering this exceptional Colombian decaf, and once again we set out to secure a quality level far above what is typically available in the decaffeinated market. Knowing the decaf plant often runs on a two‑ to three‑month backlog, we reserved our processing slot early to ensure we could deliver the caliber of coffee our customers expect. For this year’s release, we again selected our Aurora Quindío blend as the base, and the results exceeded expectations. Our patience was rewarded with 116 bags of one of the sweetest, most expressive decafs we’ve sourced to date. Even the bag art mirrors its non‑decaffeinated counterpart, reinforcing the continuity of the program. Most importantly, the cup profile remains remarkably intact: rich chocolate, bright orange, and sweet pastry notes—all the character of a standout Colombian coffee, simply without the caffeine.
