Tarrazu is one of the most well known areas of coffee production in Costa Rica. With an average elevation of 1400 meters above sea level, Tarrazu produces coffees that are prized for their intense acidity, sweet afterataste and syrupy body. This pristine valley is about 70 km from the capital of San Jose and is surrounded by the Talamanca Sierra mountain range. We aim to keep coffee from this region always in stock for our roasters who feature it as a staple of their offerings and blends.
